As the former COO of Flutterwave, she played a key role in developing scalable processes and innovative solutions to drive the company's growth. Before Flutterwave, Bode was an Associate Director at KPMG, where she led major projects in business strategy, transformation, and customer analytics. She also developed the Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey (BICSS) and set industry KPIs in Nigeria. Currently, Bode is the founder and CEO of Strata Advisory Limited, a consultancy for scaling businesses, and serves as a technical resource for the Federal Ministry of Communication, Innovation, and Digital Economy on the Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) project.
