Ntombovuyo (Vuyo) Klaas is an e-Government Specialist who joined the Western Cape Government, Department of the Premier in 2006 under ICT Policy and Strategy Directorate, Centre for e-Innovation. She was responsible for the e-Government Strategy development for the Western Cape Government. Later, she transitioned to working in the ICT Planning and Development Directorate that is responsible for Digital transformation Strategy and Policy Development.

 She holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Mathematics, Science, and Technology from Nelson Mandela University. Additionally, she pursued a Master of Philosophy in Information and Knowledge Management from Stellenbosch University. Vuyo has been instrumental in shaping e-Government Strategy and driving research and innovation. Currently, she leads Digital Research, Technology and Innovation at the Centre for e-Innovation, and managing the collaborative Inter-Provincial Stakeholder Engagement. She actively collaborates with citizens, collecting their insights to enhance service delivery.
