Devanshi is currently a Research Associate at the Center for Water and Sanitation (CWAS), CRDF, CEPT University. She holds a Master's in Urban Management from CEPT University, with her research interests focusing on the effective management and communication of urban services, including through e-governance solutions. Through her research, she aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of urban service delivery.
