Javiera has a PhD in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration and Government from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP). She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). Javiera is a researcher in the Coordination of Qualitative Methods and Sectoral Studies at the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br) of the Brazilian Network Information Center (NIC.br), linked to Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br).
