Ntombi Mutshekwane is an entrepreneur, medical doctor, and investor with extensive experience in emergency medicine, healthcare technologies, digital transformation, and SMME development. She is the founder of the Mutsh Group of Companies, which includes Dr. Mutshekwane Incorporated, Mutsh Medical International, and the Mutsh Training Institute.

Mutshekwane serves as chair of the Black Business Council’s SMME subcommittee and is the Healthcare Lead at Boxfusion Healthcare, South Africa’s leading software provider. She previously held the role of Marketing and Clinical Advocacy Executive at Meditech South Africa, and recently invested in Momentum Healthcare Solutions.

Mutshekwane is a board member of the National Research Foundation (NRF) and serves on its audit & risk committee. She is also a member of the Southern African Health Technology Assessment Society (SAHTAS) and the South African Society for Medical Managers (SASMM).
