Odilile Ayodele

Odilile Ayodele is a Senior Research Specialist at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) within the Developmental, Capable & Ethical State (DCES) research division.  She has a Ph.D. in Political Studies from the University of Johannesburg and a background that includes a BA, BA (Hons), and MA in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Her research focuses primarily on public and private sector responses to the unique needs of African states, particularly within the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Africa's digital transformation. Ayodele's research aims to understand further how Africa adapts to contemporary challenges and opportunities.
